You’ll then be carried by the celestial waves of the chau gong, deep gong, and handheld gong, dissolving what no longer serves moving into 2026 and journeying inward through sound, stillness, and spacious awareness.
The meditation gently closes with the whisper of the rain stick and a copal smoke cleanse, sealing the space and your intentions.

The first full moon of 2026 rises as a luminous threshold. An invitation to exhale what the past year has carried and step into the new with an unburdened heart.
We’ll set intentions for release and renewal and journey through immersive sound: gong vibrations, crystal bowls and intuitive tones designed to sweep away the energetic residue of 2025.
The deep resonance of the gong will help clear heavy layers, dissolve tension, and open space within your energetic field, while the bowls and melodic elements guide you into spaciousness and renewal.

It’s with great honor that I announce I will be hosting a drum birthing ceremony with Drum Doula on Saturday, August 30th from 10am to 5pm.
Details below:
Experience the magic of birthing your own medicine drum with your very own love, passion & energy entwined in its being. The creation of the drum is a Sacred act, bringing deeper awareness to your own creative process in which we honor the animal whose hide we are working with, the tree, the journey and the gift of life itself.
The drum making process is a birth of the Self, an opportunity to bear witness to the unravelling and re-weaving of your heart-song and spirit path.
Led by the four directions, we will delve into time-honored Sacred ways and follow the guidance of the center altar and the medicine wheel.
As a final passage, Drum Doula will drum over each newly born drum to pass on the transmission gifted to her by the Original Mother of Drums, holding ancient codes for a new time.
We will be making your choice of a 16” or 18” round elk-hide drum with salvaged yellow cedar frame and the mallet.

We’ll begin with a guided Somatic Breathwork sessioin, using breath and sound to calm the nervous system and open the body for deep connection. Then, drop into a powerful soundscape featuring gong, crystal bowls, drums, shruti and chimes. Each designed to release tension, clear energy blockages and restore balance.
Reiki energy healing will be gently offered throughout to support emotional release, deep relaxation and reconnection with your inner light.
We’ll close with harmonizing tones of tuning forks over the body to help integrate the experience and align your energy field.

There’s something really special and profound about connecting with our own unique voice and in a 3 week journey with others connecting to their unique voice. In this 3 week session we will dive into the Chakra system. Chakras are subtle energy centers located throughout the body and contribute to our overall well-being. In this course we will focus on the 7 major chakras.
You will learn: the 7 major chakras, where they are located, and what emotions, organs and glands are associated with each chakra. Each session will end with a sound meditation with quartz crystal singing bowls as well as other sound healing instruments intended to balance the entire system with special concentration on the chakras covered in that session. The course will be broken down as follows:
Week 1: Root and Sacral Chakras
Week 2: Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras
Week 3: Throat, Third Eye, Crown Chakras
