Hello, I’m Julie Albert, founder of Earth Sister Holistic Healing. I’m a passionate healer, lifelong learner, and mother of two, dedicated to guiding individuals toward balance and self-discovery through integrative wellness practices.
My Journey
My path to holistic healing began in 2002, training as a Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner at the Somerset School of Massage Therapy. This foundation sparked a deep interest in natural healing and self-care. As a mother, I pursued a year-long Holistic Health Coaching program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, enriching my family's health and quality of life.
Yoga became a transformative practice during my recovery from a hip injury. In 2015, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and now teach Vinyasa, Gentle, Chair, and Restorative yoga. My love for music led me to study harmonium and Sanskrit mantra chanting in 2018, reconnecting me with my musical roots.
In 2021, I embraced ThetaHealing, and in 2022, I became certified in Somatic Release Breathwork. These modalities complement my existing practices, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to healing.

My Mission
I founded Earth Sister Holistic Healing in March 2022 to share the transformative power of yoga, sound healing, Reiki, and breathwork with the Monmouth and Ocean County communities in New Jersey. My mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, fostering healing and personal growth.
