This meditation will start with copal smoke along with drumming and chanting with the elk medicine drum. This hand drum is infused with the herbs of the four directions and well as my personal healing prayers. A buffalo medicine rattle will also be used in this clearing.

Then we’ll balance all of the chakras with a guided crystal bowl sound meditation followed by the crystal triangle.

Join us for an evening under the light of the Full Moon as we come together for a special event combining the healing powers of yoga and sound.

During this unique experience, we will start with a grounding full moon yoga practice led by Marissa McIntyre, allowing you to connect with the energy of the moon, promoting a sense of inner peace.  

We will then transition into a soothing sound healing led by Julie Albert.  Immersing yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event is a wonderful opportunity for self care, community and connection as we celebrate the beauty and power of the full moon.
