We’ll start by grounding with the elk medicine drum. Elk medicine is a powerful spirit guide inviting strength and perseverance along our journey.

Next, you’ll be bathed in gong vibrations from the chau and deep gongs taking you on a cosmic meditative journey of introspection and release. Rain stick and copal smoke cleanse closes the meditation.
