Long Run 2/1/15

There's no better feeling than to complete the long run for the week.  I recently started half marathon training for my very first half marathon.  Yikes, what am I thinking?  My long runs are now 7 miles.  I can run 5 miles without a problem, 7 can't be so bad, can it?  YES, it can.  Last week's long run left me dehydrated and on the couch with stomach cramps for 6 hours.  This week, I made sure to hydrate the day before and I recently found a great electrolyte drink that does not have bromated vegetable oil in it like other sports drinks.  It's called Vitacoco Natural Sport.  It's new so look for it exclusively at Target if you sweat profusely like me.  :)
